kkdd Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between kkdd and any user ("Member") of this platform. By accessing the kkdd platform, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to all of these Terms in full.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the kkdd platform. These Terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to register as a member and play on the kkdd platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

kkdd may request valid identification for age verification at any time. Failure to verify or providing false information may result in account suspension or closure, and any associated balance may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account on kkdd. Providing incorrect or misleading information will be considered a violation of these Terms.

Keeping your account password and login details secure is your sole responsibility. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the kkdd support team immediately. kkdd will not be liable for any loss resulting from negligence in account security.

4. Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited on the kkdd platform using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
• Deposited funds will be credited only in the name of the person whose account was used to send the money
• Deposits made through a third party are not permitted
• Deposited funds are generally credited instantly; contact support if there is a delay

5. Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from kkdd:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit
• Winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete
• kkdd reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions

At the time of withdrawal, the name on your account and the name on your payment account must match. If the names do not match, the withdrawal may be cancelled.

6. Welcome Bonus & Wagering Requirements

kkdd offers a welcome bonus for new members: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000.

• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳17,000
• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus)
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal

To receive the bonus, you must use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer as your payment method while the bonus is active.

7. VIP Program Terms

kkdd's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on your activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is added to your account at a set time each week and can be withdrawn without any wagering requirement.

kkdd reserves the right to modify the VIP terms or revise the program at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.

8. Fair Play Policy

kkdd is committed to ensuring a safe, transparent, and fair gaming environment. The platform is protected by SSL encryption technology and all game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.

Members must refrain from the following conduct:

• Exploiting system errors or technical issues
• Using fraudulent tactics against other members
• Playing games using automated software or bots
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts

kkdd is not obligated to pay out winnings obtained as a result of a technical error.

9. Prohibited Activities & Account Closure

kkdd reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances:

• Opening an account using false or misleading information
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Attempts at fraud, hacking, or system abuse
• Intentional violation of bonus terms
• Harassment of other members or staff, or abusive behavior
• Any serious violation of these Terms

In the event of account closure, kkdd may temporarily hold the balance for the purposes of investigation. If the member is found to be innocent after the investigation, the balance will be returned.

10. Sports Betting Terms

kkdd offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following terms apply to betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, however if a match is cancelled the bet amount will be refunded
• If betting is interrupted due to a technical issue, bets already confirmed will remain valid
• Odds in live betting are subject to change, and the odds at the time of bet confirmation are considered final
• kkdd reserves the right to void bets related to suspected match fixing

Betting on tournaments such as T20, IPL, BPL, or ICC events is permitted, however kkdd never provides any guarantee regarding the outcome of a specific match.

11. Casino & Slot Game Terms

kkdd's casino section offers various types of games including live casino, slots, and fishing games. General game terms:

• All games are operated by third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, etc.)
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection, the outcome will be determined according to server records
• Game rules are provided in detail within each game's interface and those rules apply
• Progressive jackpot amounts are variable and there is no guarantee of a jackpot payout at any specific time

12. Privacy & Data Protection

kkdd collects, stores, and processes members' personal information. This information is used solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, and ensuring the security of the platform.

• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers
• Winning amounts incorrectly displayed due to a technical error
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government orders, etc.)

However, kkdd remains sincerely committed to assisting members in resolving their issues.

15. Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises, the member should first contact the kkdd support team. Steps for resolving a dispute:

1. Submit a detailed complaint via live chat or email ([email protected])
2. The support team will review the complaint and provide a resolution as quickly as possible
3. Where applicable, the matter will be escalated to a higher authority
4. The final decision will be issued by kkdd's management authority

If members provide the relevant transaction ID, timestamp, and screenshots (if available) when submitting a complaint, the process will be faster.

16. Changes to Terms and Conditions & Their Effect

kkdd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be duly notified of any significant changes. If a member continues to use the platform after such changes, they will be considered to have accepted the revised terms and conditions.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective. These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
